About me

About me

Hi, I’m Sylvia Caiuby. I’ve spent more than 20 years building Customer Success — not in theory, but leading real operations across global SaaS companies in Brazil, Europe and the United States.

I’ve led CS organizations through every stage: from early structuring to scaling teams across multiple geographies. I’ve owned retention, expansion, and the harder, less visible work of building influence without authority across cross-functional leadership.

Today, through CS Beyond Revenue, I bring that experience into a practical, strategic and intelligent approach to operations, retention, expansion and the true strategic role of Customer Success — beyond revenue.

Pillars of CS Beyond Revenue

Customer Success is the most underused growth function in today's market.

Most companies still treat CS as a reactive function — a polished version of support. The companies that win the next decade are the ones that understand what CS really is: a strategic driver of net retention, expansion and competitive advantage.

Principle 1

Strategy over process

Templates can work, but they don’t scale. What scales is a clear thesis for why the customer succeeds.

Principle 2

Leadership without authority

CS is built where the hard decisions live: investment, restructuring, influence at the C-level.

Principle 3

Cross-border fluency

CS in Brazil isn’t CS in Berlin or Austin. Multicultural fluency is a real competitive advantage.
